The missing layer between
your business tools and your team.

Most businesses run on solid tools. A CRM to manage customers. Accounting software to handle finances. But somewhere between those systems and the people actually doing the work, something is missing. The teams on the floor — juggling projects, dividing tasks, collaborating across divisions — have no real home. They squeeze into tools that were never built for them, or pay for bloated platforms that charge per seat and take weeks to set up.

We felt this ourselves. We looked at what was out there and found tools that were too complex, too expensive, or simply not built for the way European teams work. So we built QlearView. Not to disrupt an industry. Just to solve a problem we had every single day.

QlearView is the missing layer between your business tools and your team. It connects with the software you already use — and gives every person on your team a place to actually work. Kanban, time tracking, dashboards and search. Simple, clear, and built for teams that work across projects and divisions.

No complexity you didn't ask for. No per-seat fees. You only pay for the features you need. The Starter plan is free forever, for unlimited users. Every new workspace gets a personal onboarding — we provision it, walk through the basics, and answer questions ourselves rather than hand you off to a chatbot. Built in Belgium. Built for teams like yours.

How we build

Four rules we won't negotiate.

01

Basics stay free

If a team can't run the tool without paying, the pricing is broken. Starter covers a complete workflow — kanban, time, dashboards, search.

02

Audit everything

Every model has a history. Compliance work isn't a special tier — it's how the database is designed.

03

Server-side truth

Permissions live in the API, not the UI. We mirror them in the frontend for ergonomics, but a forbidden call is rejected at the server.

04

EU by default

Hosted in the EU, priced in €, clocked in Brussels. Procurement doesn't have to add asterisks to our line in the spreadsheet.

How we build

Boring on purpose.

We pick stable, well-understood pieces — battle-tested server-side rendering, a typed frontend, a single relational database, dedicated workers for async jobs. The interesting work happens in the product, not in the infra; nothing on your behalf depends on a framework that might disappear next year.
