Is Starter really free?
Yes. Starter is free forever for an unlimited number of users, with no credit card required. You get kanban, backlog, time tracking, dashboard, comments and 10 GB of storage. Pro and Business unlock custom workflows, granular permissions, integrations and longer history.
What's included in the 30-day trial?
Every feature of the tier you choose, for 30 days, with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can keep the workspace on Starter (free) or upgrade.
What's the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro (€8/seat/mo) adds unlimited workflows, granular permissions, billable hours with CSV/XLSX exports, and email digests + Web Push. Business (€14/seat/mo) is the integrations tier — Teamleader, Exact and Zapier all included — plus audit log export, 3-year history and priority support.
How do annual and monthly billing compare?
Annual is the default and is 20% cheaper. Monthly billing is available at +20%. No hidden discounts beyond that.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who can log in to the workspace — including read-only viewers. Service accounts for integrations and automations don't count.
What happens if I exceed my storage cap?
At 80% usage you see a banner and we email an admin. At 100% new uploads are rejected with a clear error; existing files stay readable. You can free up space, upgrade tier, or buy storage overage at €0.25 / GB / month above the cap.
Where is the data hosted?
EU (Paris, France). Backups and replicas remain in the same region. Every workspace's data is isolated at the database-schema level so one workspace's queries can't reach another's rows.
Is QlearView GDPR-compliant?
Yes. EU-hosted, with full audit history, encrypted secrets, and a DPA available on request. Business and Enterprise plans include export tooling and extended retention.
