Who QlearView is a better fit for
Belgian and Dutch agencies, IT teams and consultants running Teamleader for CRM and Exact Online for accounting. For that stack Asana is an odd duck. No native Teamleader integration, no Exact export and support runs on American hours. QlearView slots into the same EU stack with two way sync you don't have to build yourself via Zapier layers.
Teams of five to fifty who want kanban and time tracking without every new hire becoming an expensive seat. On Asana your bill triples once you need Business features (portfolios, goals, workload). In QlearView everything you use daily is in Pro at €8; every integration sits in Business at €14, no add ons.
Also good if you find Asana does too much. Timeline, boards, lists, calendar, gantt, workload, portfolios, goals: it is a lot for a team of ten to learn. QlearView is deliberately narrower, with kanban and workflows as the base and the rest layered on top. New colleagues are productive within an hour.
What you don't actually miss
Goals, workload management and advanced automations. Those sit on Asana Business and Enterprise, unrealistic for most EU SMBs. In QlearView you get workflows on Pro that go beyond Asana Rules, and on Business dashboards and workload views that are good enough for team planning.
Marketplace apps. Asana has hundreds, we have a handful of native integrations. It looks smaller until you realise most marketplace apps push CSV back and forth. Our Teamleader, Exact and Zapier integrations do what you actually need at EU level, without extra tokens.
Migration in practice
- Create your workspace and projects in QlearView. Use Asana as a reference: which projects, which stages, who owns what.
- Move open tasks into kanban or backlog. Fill in deadlines and owners manually. There is no automatic Asana import.
- Invite your team. Starter is free for unlimited users, so everyone can join right away.
- Connect Teamleader on Business if that is your stack. Keep Asana open temporarily as a reference until everyone works in QlearView.
