Is QlearView a time clock or time tracking tool?
No. QlearView is a work organisation platform for teams that plan projects, track tasks and collaborate. Hour logging is built in as part of project follow up, but that is not what you use it for. You use it so your team knows who does what, when and why.
Does QlearView replace my CRM or accounting tool?
Not at all. QlearView works alongside Teamleader and Exact, not instead of them. It is the layer for your team, the workspace between your commercial tools and your financial tools.
What happens after 30 days?
Your workspace automatically falls back to Starter. Free, forever, for unlimited users. Your data is preserved; Pro/Business-only features and integrations pause (are gated), they do not delete your data. Want a paid plan? Manage it yourself from your workspace, whenever you are ready.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. You create an account, your workspace is ready immediately and you use everything for 30 days without entering any payment details.
Is Starter really free?
Yes. Starter is free forever for unlimited users, no credit card required. You get kanban, backlog, time tracking, dashboard, comments and 10 GB storage. Pro and Business add custom workflows, integrations and longer history.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro (€8 per seat per month) adds unlimited workflows, granular permissions, billable hours with export and push notifications. Business (€14 per seat per month) is the integrations tier. Teamleader, Exact and Zapier are all included, plus audit log export, three year history and priority support.
Where is the data hosted?
EU, Paris. Backups and replicas stay in the same region. Each workspace's data is isolated at the database level.
Is QlearView GDPR compliant?
Yes. EU hosted, with full audit history, encrypted credentials and a DPA available on request.
Is this really built in Belgium?
Yes. QlearView is built and run by Codelines, a software company from Wilrijk. Our servers are in the EU. This is our own product, built because we needed it ourselves.
